本文聚焦管理员、维修师傅与用户对家电维修小程序的实际需求，以提升用户体验、优化系统性能为目标，研究小程序开发相关理论，完成系统的设计与实现。该系统简化用户报修流程，大幅提升维修服务体验，充分满足多方使用诉求。
